Manuel and Josefina are the parents of Manuel Giménez, General Director, José Giménez, Director of Logistics, and Javier Giménez, Director of Production, the three brothers who lead the family business of organic farming Naturcharc. Enjoying a privileged environment such as the Cabo de Gata - Níjar Natural Park, the Giménez family has been living surrounded by agriculture for decades. First the grandparents, then Manuel senior and Josefina, and now the three brothers. The third generation of organic farmers who have managed to grow an agricultural project that employs almost 200 families, and that, inspired by tradition, is committed to a sustainable production model based on innovation. The family home of Manuel and Josefina, their “Cortijo”, as they call it, is located today where it all started.
